摘要 本文建立了多孔基體與非等弧長節塊相組合的特殊結構金剛石圓鋸片瞬態動力學模型,通過ANSYS軟件對特殊結構金剛石圓鋸片的有限元模型進行瞬態載荷響應計算,得出不同切削參數對鋸片關鍵部位瞬態應力和變形的影響。分析結果表明,進給速度對鋸片應力和變形影響最大,切削速度次之,切削深度最小。特殊結構金剛石圓鋸片在變形、應力方面與普通結構金剛石圓鋸片相比,都得到了較大改善。此分析對實際工程應用及進一步優化鋸片結構具有一定的指導意義。(金剛石與磨料磨具工程2009年第四期)
Abstract A transient dynamic model of diamond circular saw blade with multi-holes core and different width segment was built in this work. Based on ANSYS software,the transient response of saw blade was calculated,and effects of different cutting parameters on the transient stress and deformation of saw blade, s key positions were found.The analysis results indicated that the chief influence factor of transient response is feed rate.the cutting speed takes the second place,and the depth of cut is the last. Compared with the conventional struc-tured saw blade,the special structured saw blade showed improvements in stress and deformation.The analysis has some guiding significance for actual application and further optimization of saw blade structure.
